Safety Precautions Taken by HomeTroniX in Response to COVID-19
The team at HomeTroniX is keeping an eye on all the latest news about the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States and around the world, and we are taking all necessary precautions to keep our employees, clients and community safe during this time. Health precautions and protocols in line with WHO and CDC directives are taking place throughout our organization to reduce the spread of disease. Every day our team reviews up-to-date recommendations to ensure we’re doing everything to curb the spread of COVID-19. Our number one priority is the safety and health of our employees and customers. You trust us to come into your homes and businesses and we will continue to strive to earn that trust.
Though these may change over time, here are the current steps we are taking to reduce the risks associated with this novel coronavirus:
-
For the next week, HomeTroniX will close our physical offices, but we are NOT shutting down operations! We will continue to service and provide for you as long as you need us! Our office is closed. We will have the ability to answer all phone calls, if you need to set up an appointment, pay a bill, or have any questions.
-
All members of our sales team (AV, security, interior & exterior shading, etc) have the capability to do a virtual walk-through, if requested.
-
All our techs will stay home, but are on call to respond to any job. We have techs positioned in both NEA and NWA to service any customer that needs us.
-
We have an abundance of online training opportunities for them to do during slow periods, so they will come back even better than before.
Our techs are following all government guidelines and the cleanliness standards below to protect themselves and you:
-
Proper hand washing procedures and hand sanitizer is to be used throughout day/jobs.
-
Gloves are to be worn when in an occupied home or business.
-
Disinfect all equipment and vans before and after each job.
-
Disinfect work area if in someone’s home/business.
-
Anyone with a temperature of 99 or higher will stay home and follow CDC guidelines.
To be abundantly clear: We are not shutting down operations! The jobs you trust us to complete will continue uninterrupted. We appreciate your trust during these unprecedented times, and we take the health and wellbeing of our clients and employees very seriously. To protect our staff, we also ask that our clients communicate if anyone in your home or business is experiencing symptoms or has been exposed to the virus. Our technicians will ask whether anyone is sick or has traveled recently before entering a clients' home and, if so, will work with them to reschedule to a later date. We also ask that you follow the CDC's guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 while we are on-site. If you have any questions about these precautions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
